2. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days of receipt. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details (if available).
3. Shipping Methods and Costs
CARTOPIS provides multiple shipping options depending on the destination and the size of the order. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and selected shipping method.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for paying any additional customs duties, taxes, or fees that may be incurred for international shipments.

8. Undeliverable Packages
In the event that your package is undeliverable (due to an incorrect address, refusal by the recipient, or other reasons), the package will be returned to us. If this occurs, we will contact you to resolve the issue. Reshipping may incur an additional charge. If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, a reshipping fee will apply.
9. Lost or Damaged Items
CARTOPIS takes great care in packaging and shipping your order securely. However, once the package leaves our facility, we are not responsible for any lost or damaged goods during transit. If you receive a damaged item or believe your package has been lost, please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.
