1. Returns

We accept returns on items purchased directly from our website (https://cartopis.xyz/) under the following conditions:

  • Eligibility for Returns: Items must be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • Condition of Items: Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them. Any item that is damaged, altered, or missing parts cannot be returned.
  • Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@cartopis.xyz to request a Return Authorization (RA) number. We will provide instructions on how to return the item. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

2. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and it is inspected, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. Please note the following:

  • Processing Time: Refunds may take up to 10 business days to process after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Shipping Fees: Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where we made an error in fulfilling your order.
